The Arthur Holmes Junior Trophy

This trophy commemorates Arthur Holmes who was Youth Convenor for the WA Philatelic Council It was inaugurated in 1999 to encourage juniors to display philatelic material without the constraints of formal competition Entrants show up to 5 pages per entry The winner is chosen by popular vote
