Display
The Swan River
Stamp Show has been chosen by the Australia China Friendship
Society as the only place in Western Australia where this travelling
display will be shown. The display has been seen in Canberra,
Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. The display consists of 12 panels
of stamps issued from 1950 to 1975 and is arranged to show on
stamps China’s Industrial Achievements, its Agriculture,
Women in China, Postal Services, Sport, Historcal relics, butterflies
among many others.

Friendship Society’s aim and purpose is to promote friendship
and understanding between the peoples of Australia and China.
